German Language Support

Use the following hints to add German language support:

Document layout:

% ...
\usepackage[german,ngerman]{babel}
% ...
\begin{document}

Typographical quotation marks:

Umlauts:

```
Depending on the context using the above notation will fail and you will have to fallback to:
