What is this?
All the content that I'd like to share with you was originally distributed among two sites which I call my own, Rakshas' Scrapbook and quietude. All content is now available under this site.
It contains a lot of material that I have collected over the years. The better part of it consists in the form of notes with presents a lot of organized pieces of information that I am tired of trying to remember. So I decided that there might be someone out there who will benefit if I maintain a public collection of them.

I am a former student of computer science at the University of Bonn, Germany. I have obtained my diploma in the summer of 2004 and am now an IT consultant.
I found my way to Linux some time around kernel 2.0.17 or 2.0.18 which were released in September 1996. Right now I am focussing on Windows Server Systems and virtualization.
